When will my order ship?
Depending on when you place your order, it may take up to 1-2 business days before your order gets shipped. Our warehouse does not ship on the weekends and on U.S. Holidays.
Expedited orders need to be placed before 2:00 pm PDT/PST in order to ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm PST are typically shipped on the following day we received your order, subject to the Shipping Delays section below.
Tracking number(s) will be provided in your shipment confirmation email if a tracking option was selected. Once your item is shipped you can track your order online.
Where will the shipment originate from?
Shipments originate from our company headquarters, located in Foothill Ranch, California U.S.A.
Orders placed at olloclip.com are never packed by 3rd, 4th, or 5th party logistics companies (3PL, 4PL, 5PL).
All product and orders are personally packed, shipped and received daily by olloclip employees Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. (PST/PDT)
The estimated delivery time is longer than the delivery service I selected
Delivery time frames are based on business days. For example, a 2 Day package shipped on Friday will arrive on Tuesday. Our warehouse is closed on the weekends and on U.S. Holidays.
For your security, some orders will be processed through our Loss Prevention Department, which may cause a delay. If you do not receive a Shipment Confirmation email within 72 hours after placing your order, please contact our Customer Support team toll free at
